About Us Windmill Water is New Mexico owned and family operated.  Windmill Water was the "brainstorm" of Leon Ricter, President. After lots of work and market research,  Windmill Water was incorporated in 1995.  Windmill Water was available for home delivery of our unique half gallon size in  October 1996.  In April 2002, a 5 gallon bottling line was added.  In March 2006, a 3 gallon bottle was added to our product line. Leon is the plant manager and your "water boy". Wife, Diana is the office manager.  After "growing up" working in a small business, son, Collin and daughter, Leanna have moved on to bigger pastures.  Windmill Water, Inc., meets the State of New Mexico requirements for a water supply system but we don't stop there!  Our water goes through a five step purification process before being bottled for our customers.  Water quality testing is done on a daily basis and test results meet all requirements.  We also provide an annual Consumer Confidence Report to our customers.
